摘    要:针对接触器耐久性试验技术开展了研究,包括接触器的机械耐久性试验、接通能力试验、接通与分断能力试验及电耐久性试验.根据其试验特点,设计了四种试验模式,由计算机自动控制执行,可以完成所有耐久性试验项目.为了监测接触器试验的情况,实时检测试验电路中电流、电压波形,实现接触器的故障自动判断,并能避免由于接触器熔焊、机械卡死等故障引起试验电源与负载的损坏.

Abstract:The test technology of contactor life is studied such as mechanical life test, switch-on ability test, switch-on and switch-off ability test, and electrical life test. Four test types are put forward based on the test characteristic, and all test items are conducted by computer. In order to monitor the contactor test, the wave of test current and test voltage are real time detected. The fault of contactor is self-detected, and it can be avoided that the damage of test electrical source and load has result form contactor welding and mechanical block.
