摘    要:开缝衬套冷挤压是一种连接孔强化技术,能够有效地提高连接孔的疲劳寿命,具有不增加质量、不改变结构、强化效果好等优点。介绍了开缝衬套冷挤压技术的基本原理,阐述了我国尚待解决的开缝衬套材料研制、开缝衬套制备技术、疲劳增益调控3项关键技术问题,并从残余应力和疲劳寿命等方面,对近些年来国内外的相关研究进行了梳理、总结,归纳了现有文献中挤压量等重要工艺参数对不同材料的影响效果,并基于目前研究的不足之处,提出接下来可关注的研究方向,为进一步开展开缝衬套冷挤压技术的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Split sleeve cold expansion is a kind of joint hole strengthening technology which can effectively improve the fatigue life of joint hole.With the advantages of no increase in quality,no change in structure and good strengthening effect.The basic principle of the split sleeve cold expansion technology was introduced,and the three key technical problems of the development of split sleeve materials,the preparation technology of split sleeves and the control of fatigue gains that have yet to be solved in our country were explained.The domestic and foreign relevant researches in recent years from the aspects of residual stress and fatigue life were combed and summarized,and the effect of important process parameters such as degree of cold expansion on different materials in the existing literatures was concluded.Based on the shortcomings of the present research,the following research directions were proposed to provide reference for the further research on split sleeve cold expansion technology.
