摘    要:旋转折弯成形是板料的一种特殊的自由折弯成形方法,准确预测其回弹误差是控制旋转折弯角精度的前提。鉴于Dynaform软件无法直接实现旋转折弯成形的模拟,在分析Dynaform前处理器所生成的DYN文件的基础上,通过定义旋转动模的惯性张量参考坐标系、惯性张量、旋转坐标轴、自由度和旋转运动曲线等参数值,提出了一种旋转折弯成形的数值模拟方法。通过模拟结果与实验结果的对比,验证了该数值模拟方法的可行性和有效性。该模拟方法为旋转折弯成形的回弹误差预测及回弹控制提供了一种有效途径,对其他类似旋转成形的数值模拟具有一定的实际参考价值。

Abstract:Rotary bending is a special free bending method of sheet metal,and the accurate prediction of springback error is the prerequisite for controlling the accuracy of rotary bending angle. Considering that the software Dynaform could not directly realize the simulation of rotary bending,based on the analysis of DYN files generated by Dynaform preprocessor,a numerical simulation method of rotary bending was proposed by defining parameter values of rotary bending die such as reference coordinate system of inertial tensor,inertia tensor,rotation coordinate axis,degrees of freedom and curve of rotation motion. Then,comparing the simulated results with the experimental results,the feasibility and validity of the simulation method were verified. Thus,an effective way was provided for springback error prediction and springback control of rotary bending by this simulation method. So the simulation method has certain practical reference value for other numerical simulations of similar rotary forming.
