摘    要:针对某汽车门框冲压工艺复杂、容易出现破裂和起皱的特点,选择对成形质量影响最大的拉延工序进行分析,并基于国产Fastamp软件建立了汽车门框拉延仿真模型.然后,选取压边力、摩擦系数、冲压速度及模具间隙作为正交试验的主要影响因素,建立了4因素4水平的正交试验表.采用综合评分法和极差分析法,获得了最优的工艺参数组合:摩擦系数...

Abstract:For the complicated stamping process of an automobile door frame,which is prone to cracks and wrinkles,the drawing process with the greatest influence on the forming quality was selected and analyzed,and the drawing simulation model of automobile door frame was established based on the domestic software Fastamp.Then,the blank holder force,the friction coefficient,the stamping speed and the die clearance were selected as main influence factors of orthogonal test,and the orthogonal test with four factors and four levels was established.By the comprehensive scoring method and range analysis method,the optimum combination of process parameters was obtained with the friction coefficient of 0.105,the blank holder force of 2400 k N,the stamping speed of 3000 mm·s^-1 and the die clearance of1.5 mm.Finally,the maximum thinning rate and the maximum thickening rate were simulated by Fastamp,and on this basis,the actual production verification was conducted.The result shows that the final part has good forming effect with the maximum thinning rate of20.6% and the maximum thickening rate of 7.4% to meet the quality standards,and this method provides a reference for improving the forming quality of automobile door frame.
