Abstract:For the characteristics that various equipments in the automated forging production line are still in discrete state and the problem that it is difficulty for the monitoring module in the MES system to obtain the real-time and complete forging process information of the production line,the bus of automated forging production line used the field bus technology to combine a single equipment in a discrete state into an intelligent network,which realized the collaborative control of a single equipment and the high integration of production line data. Then,the overall framework of real-time data acquisition system for automated forging production line composed of production line layer,data acquisition layer,network layer,application layer and interaction layer was designed,and the software of real-time data acquisition and analysis system based on three layers structure for database layer,middleware layer and user layer was compiled to apply to automated forging production line successfully. Furthermore,the real-time data collection and the data communication with the MES system were realized,and the functions of the MES system were promoted.
