摘    要:汽车后车门内板成形过程中易产生缺陷且零件精度难以保证,通过分析汽车车身覆盖件中轿车后门内板冲压工艺,介绍了一种采用先拉深成形、后反拉深整形的工艺方案。结合整形工序双腔压料芯、复合型整形刀块模具结构设计,有效地避免了零件直接拉深成形造成的开裂等无法解决的问题,降低了模具调试难度。通过对后门内板零件应用立壁部位的修边、整形同序加工工艺方案,有效地减少了模具工序、提升了生产节拍。试验所得的零件质量稳定、精度合格,零件法兰边部分与外板包边配合良好,证明该冲压工艺排布方案有效、可行,为类似零件工艺方案的制定提供了参考。

Abstract:Defects are easy to occur during the forming process of inner panel for a car rear door,and the accuracy of parts is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,by analyzing the stamping process of rear door inner panel for car body covering parts,the process scheme adopting the first deep drawing and then the reverse deep drawing and sizing was introduced,and combined with the die structure design of the double-cavity pressing core and the compound sizing tools in the sizing process,the unsolvable problem of cracking caused by the direct deep drawing of part was effectively avoided to reduce the difficulty of die debugging.Furthermore,by applying the process scheme that the trimming and sizing were completed in the same step for the vertical wall of rear door inner panel parts,the die steps were effectively reduced,and the production cycle was improved.In addition,the quality of part was stable,the accuracy of part was qualified,and the flange of part was well matched with the outer plate in hemming,which proves that the layout scheme of stamping process is effective and feasible to provide reference for the development of process scheme of similar parts.
