剃齿刀精确修形技术

摘    要:针对标准渐开线剃齿刀剃出的齿轮会产生“齿形中凹”这一工艺难题,提出一种剃齿刀精确修形方法.对端面啮合角及剃齿刀实际修形位置曲率起始点的计算进行了研究,推导出剃齿刀修形位置计算公式,形成了剃齿刀精确修形技术.生产实践表明,该技术克服了现有剃齿刀修形技术的不足,通过计算能够较准确地确定剃齿刀修形的具体位置,不仅有效地消除了剃齿“齿形中凹”现象,而且提高了剃齿加工齿形的精度和被剃齿轮的传动质量,较好地满足了各领域齿轮传动技术的发展要求.

Precise modification technology for gear shaving cutter
Abstract:In order to solve such technical problem that the gears shaved by standard involute shaving cutter will appear the tooth profile concave, a precise modification method for shaving cutter was proposed. The calculation concerning the end engaging angle and the actual modification location curvature starting point of shaving cutter was investigated. The formula for calculating the modification location of shaving cutter was derived. And then the precise modification technology for shaving cutter was developed. The production practice shows that the developed technology can overcome the disadvantage of the existing modification technology. The modification location can be exactly identified through calculation. The tooth profile concave phenomenon is effectively eliminated, and the tooth profile accuracy in the gear shaving processing and the transmission quality of the shaved gear get also improved. Thus, the developing demands for gear transmission technology in various fields can be well satisfied.
