摘    要:本文主要针对大规格电镦过程中形状缺陷和晶粒粗化等问题,提出了大规格电镦侧模辅助成形方法并设计了电镦侧模辅助成形装置,为大规格电镦生产提供新思路和方法.在Mdrc分析平台建立多尺度电镦工艺有限元分析模型及侧模辅助成型模型,对比两种成型方法模拟结果,发现电镦侧模辅助成形方法既能优化电镦件的形状避免宏观缺陷,又能有效的调控微...

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of shape defects and grain coarsening in the process of large-size electric upsetting process,the large-size electric upsetting side die auxiliary forming method has been proposed and the electric upsetting side die auxiliary forming device has been designed,which provides new idea and method for large-size electric upsetting production.The multi-scale finite element analysis model of the electric upsetting process and the side die auxiliary forming model have been established on the Marc analysis platform.By comparing the simulation results of the two forming methods,it is found that the electric upsetting side die auxiliary forming method can not only optimize the shape of the electric upsetting part to avoid macro defects,but also effectively control the microstructure to achieve grain refinement.The optimization of parameters including side die temperature and press-down value has been conducted to the Nimonic 80 A superalloy rod blank with a diameter of 57 mm.
