油井气液两相流全自动计量技术

摘    要:为解决稠油计量的准确度、可靠性、耐久性及实时在线等问题,设计出一种通过分离伞和液位自动控制调节器来实现气液两相流计量的装置.采用翻斗式称质量机构计量油井产量,消除油中含气造成的假体积误差;采用G法补偿算法消除稠油残留造成的计量误差;采用以计算机控制电动机起停方式的单路导通多通阀实现全自动选井计量.现场实际应用证明,称质量式油井计量技术较好地解决了各类油井的实时在线计量问题,具有自动化程度高、计量精度高等特点.

Abstract:In order to solve such problems as the accuracy, reliability, durability and real time online in the heavy oil measurement, a device to realize the measurement of gas liquid phase flow by separating umbrella and automatic oil level regulator was designed. A tipping bucket weighing mechanism was used for measuring the oil well production to eliminate the volume error caused by gas in oil. The G compensation algorithm was adopted to eliminate the measured error caused by residual oil. The automatic well selecting measurement was realized by the the multiport valve with controlling the motor starting or stopping by computer. The practical locale application proves that the oil well measurement technology by weighing can solve the real time online measurement problems for various oil wells, and has the higher automatic degree and measurement precision.
