决策支持理论与我国油田企业决策支持研究

油气田企业最突出的特点是高风险、高投入和高技术，是资金、技术和劳动力密集型企业。由于油田企业受地下油气资源认识程度的制约，在油气田勘探和开发以及开采生产过程中，不确定因素多、不确定性和风险较大。论文根据油田企业决策风险大、具有较高难度和复杂性的特点，分析出不同层次、不同阶段、不同类型的决策问题，确定与油田决策问题及要求相适应的决策支持系统，必将提高油田企业决策水平和决策质量，促进油田整体管理水平和经济效益的提高，增强油田发展能力和竞争能力。

DECISION SUPPORT THEORY AND CHINA’S OILFIELD ENTERPRISE DECISION SUPPORT

Oilfield enterprises are characterized by high risks, high investment and high technology, belonging to capital-, technology- and labor-intensive enterprises. Oilfield enterprises, due to a constraint in knowing extent of the underground oil-gas resource, are facing many uncertain factors during oil-gas exploration and development thus bearing high risks. The oilfield enterprise decision has features of high risks, difficulty and complexity. This paper analyzes the decision at different levels, different stages and different categories, presents a decision support system for oilfield enterprise decision, which will improve the decision level and quality of oilfield enterprises, promote the management level and economic benefits, and intensify the developing capability and competitiveness.
