Abstract:To study the distribution laws of deformation and contact stress for circulating planetary roller screw pair under different axial loads and different working temperatures,for the screw in the circulating planetary roller screw pair,the finite element model of the circulating planetary roller screw pair was established by the thermo-mechanical coupling simulation method,and the laws of deformation and contact stress for screw caused by the axial load and the working temperature for roller screw pair under different working conditions were studied. Then,the deformation and contact stress of screw under the three working conditions of axial load,working temperature and thermo-mechanical coupling were compared. The result shows that with the increasing of working temperature and axial load,the deformation and contact stress of screw increase,the deformation of screw caused by the working temperature is more obvious than the deformation of screw caused by the axial load,but the contact stress caused by the axial load is larger. And the coupling deformation and contact stress of screw are more obvious than the deformation caused by a single axial load and temperature rise.
