摘    要:针对长城2020汽车转向节法兰截面形状复杂、轴部过粗、杆部过细和前、后羊角间距过大等结构问题,通过对该锻件局部尺寸进行分析阐述,结合多年汽车转向节锻造经验,对预锻型腔、终锻型腔及飞边桥的关键部分分别进行设计、分析论证,并采用加热挤压的制坯工艺与模锻复合成形工艺进行批量生产,得出预锻工步是转向节锻造过程中最关键的工步,并...

Abstract:For the structural characteristics of Great Wall 2020 automobile steering knuckle flange with complex cross-sectional shape,too thick shaft,too thin rod,and large distance between front and rear horns,through the analysis and explanation of the local sizes for forgings,combined with years of experience in forging automotive steering knuckles,the key parts of pre-forging cavity,final forging cavity and flash bridge were designed,analyzed and demonstrated respectively,and the batch production was carried out by the heating extrusion of blank making and the die forging compound forming process to obtain that the pre-forging step was the most critical step in the forging process of steering knuckle.Therefore,the excellent pre-forging design not only improved the filling performance of final forging cavity,but also prevented folding of forgings.The on-site production verification of 2020 automobile steering knuckle shows that the material utilization of forgings reaches 78.2%,which is 8.2%higher than that of similar steering knuckle,and the qualification rate reaches 99.3%.Meanwhile,the die life extends 40000 pieces.Thus,the research conclusion has important practical significance to improve the qualification rate of forgings and the forging die life.
