旋流器强化热质传递的机理及应用

摘    要:从旋流场中两相相对运动、速度梯度分布的角度,指出由于强化了对流作用以及增加了颗粒破碎效果和湍流扩散系数及弥散系数,从而使旋流器能够应用于强化热质传递过程;最后对旋流器在热质传递方面的具体应用作了阐述。同时,推导的有关公式可以为控制旋流器相关参数强化热质传递提供理论指导。

Abstract:The relative movement of two phases and the grads of velocity in hydrocyclone is analyzed. Because of intensity of convection flow, breakage of particles, diffuse coefficient and dispersion coefficient in turbulent flow, heat and mass transfer are strengthened in hydrocyclone. At the same time, the application of hydrocyclone for heat and mass transfer is set forth. And some equations were got to control correlation parameter in hydrocyclone for intensifying heat and mass transfer.
