摘    要:介绍了水冶钢铁公司5号高炉适用、经济、先进、可靠的工艺设计及开炉达产的成功经验。该高炉建设工期短、投资成本低、开炉达产顺,利用系数在较短时间内稳定在了3.0t/(m^3.d)以上。

Abstract:applicative,econormical,advanced and reliable process design of Shuiye iron & Steel's NO.5 BF are introduced.The successful experiences of it's blowing-in and the measures of achieving it's normal output are also described.It took very short time to build this BF,and it's cost of investment lower,and what's more,it went into operation smoothly,and it's monthly average productivity reached above 3.0t/(m3.d)soon after blowing in.
