Combining with the objectives of schedule control in construction stage, this paper discussed the factors that affect the schedule in our engineering construction, by analyzing the reasons that delayed the engineering schedule and put forward some solutions, also made specifically elaborated, for ensure the implementation of the construction projects schedule control objective had a general guiding role.
