| 摘 要： | 利用神经网络，为城市供水管理提供科学可靠分析、进行供水负荷预测和优化调度，是有效的城市供水管理的科学依据，此系统基于地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ０和神经网络，做到了良好的动态图形界面和人机对话环境，具有高度的人工智能，为各级供水和政府部门提供了科学参考，有着巨大的社会和经济利益。
