电厂燃煤混配模型的建立及分析

摘    要:针对目前火电厂实际燃用煤种繁多,煤质特性各异,导致锅炉燃烧不好的问题,提出应依据不同煤质特性配煤,使锅炉在燃用与设计煤质相接近的条件下运行,以提高锅炉燃烧效率,增加锅炉的安全经济性。为此,分析了影响煤质的各种约束条件,建立了求解混配煤最优混配比的数学模型,并通过实例对数学模型进行了分析和求解,可为生产中混配煤和购煤活动提供理论依据。

Abstract:In view of problems of varieties of coal burnt in thermal power plant at present and different characteristics of its quality which cause bad combustion of the boiler, this paper proposes to blend coal according to different characteristics in order that the mixed coal can achieve a result equivalent to that of the designed coal for the boiler, so as to improve the burning efficiency of the boiler and increase the security economically. Therefor, this paper also analyzes different restrictive conditions which influence coal quality and establishes a mathematical model to solve an optimal blending proportion for the coal. By using examples to analyze and solve the modle, the paper educes the conclusion that the model is helpful to provide a theoretical basis for blending and buying coal in production.
