基于87LPC767芯片的热泵热水器控制器研制

摘    要:介绍了热泵热水器的工作原理,并以87LPC767和87LPC762芯片为核心,设计了热泵热水器控制器,分析了其工作原理、硬件电路设计和软件设计流程图.控制器采用双单片机结构,其中主单片机系统负责热泵热水器的数据采集与热泵运行控制,从单片机通过人机接口系统设置热泵热水器运行参数,并实时显示热泵热水器运行状态.主从单片机之间通过串口通信进行数据交换.

Abstract:This paper introduces the work principle of the heat pump, On the basis of the chips of 87LPC767 and 87LPC762, this paper designs a control system for the heat pump water heater, analyzes its work principle, hardware circuit design and software design flow chart. The control system of the heat pump water heater is composed of two MCU systems. The host MCU system functions to acquire data of the heat pump water heater and control the temperature of heat water. The operation parameter of the water heater is set through the subordinate MCU system and the state of the water heater is shown in real time. The exchange of data between the host MCU system and the subordinate MCU system is completed by serial communication.
