喷涂聚氨酯保温材料的试验研究

摘    要:以异氰酸酯、三乙醇胺、组合聚醚、多元醇及各种助剂为原料合成硬泡聚氨酯保温材料,研究主要反应料对保温材料导热系数和力学性能的影响规律,形成工程用的聚氨酯保温材料最优合成配方。按一定比例把各种反应料制成A、B两组分,有利于工程使用。

Abstract:Spray polyurethane was synthesized by isocyanate,triethanolamine,combined polyether polyol and kinds of additives;The main components' influence on thermal conductivity and mechanics performance of polyurethane are expounded,in order to form the optimal synthesis formula for the construction.According to a certain percentage of the raw materials,spray polyurethane was made with two parts of A,B for convenient use in the project.
