摘    要:为建立LF精炼炉合金加料模型采集数据的需要,选用相关的硬件设备和系统软件,并根据工艺要求对系统进行合适配置和通信连接,然后运用西门子编程软件STEP 7进行应用程序开发,并运用监控组态软件"组态王"进行人机界面画面组态,构建了LF精炼炉合金加料的数据采集控制系统,满足了设计要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of data-gathering for an alloy-charging model of ladle refining furnace,the data acquisition and control system of alloy-charging was established by choosing suitable hardware equipment and systematic software,implementing systematic configuration and communication linkage according to technological requirements.In addition,Siemens programming software STEP 7 was used as the application program,the HMI graphics was used for systematic configuration and software "KingView" was used for monitoring configuration.As a result,the system has achieved the design requirements.
