摘    要:焦化工业的清洁生产提出了对焦炉气进行有效利用的重要课题。从技术和经济两方面对焦炉气催化合成甲醇进行了分析,认为该工艺原料丰富,经济性强,技术可靠,环境效益好,对发展燃料甲醇替代能源、保障国家能源供应安全,具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Based on the demand for cleaning production in coking industry,the subject study about the efficient utilization of coke oven gas was put forward.In this paper,methanol synthesis by the catalytic conversion of coke oven gas was technologically and economically assessed.The conclusion suggested that this process take great advantages such as abundant raw materials,economical efficiency,perfect technologies as well as benign environmental efficiency,which has been proved to be of great significances for developing methanol fuel and insuring energy supplying safety in China.
