茶尺蠖蛹的耐冷藏性研究

摘    要:模拟茶尺蠖蛹的越冬环境,研究了不同蛹龄的蛹在4℃下冷藏15、20、25、30 d,对蛹羽化、成虫产卵和幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,同一蛹龄,随着冷藏时间的延长,蛹羽化率下降,成虫发育畸形率增加.蛹龄1 d的蛹冷藏15~30 d,蛹羽化率为42.5%~52.5%,成虫发育畸形率为8.3%~29.3%。蛹龄2 d的蛹冷藏15~30 d,蛹羽化率为62.5%~75%,成虫发育畸形率为53.3%~75.3%。蛹龄3~4 d的蛹冷藏15~30 d,蛹羽化率急剧下降,而且羽化的成虫全部发育不正常。冷藏30 d的蛹羽化的雌成虫与未冷藏的蛹羽化后的雄成虫交配或者冷藏15 d的蛹羽化的雌、雄成虫交配,均能正常产卵、孵化和生长发育;冷藏30 d的蛹羽化的雄成虫与未冷藏的蛹羽化后的雌成虫交配或者冷藏20~30 d的蛹羽化的雌、雄成虫交配,能产卵,但卵均不能孵化。这说明,茶尺蠖雌蛹的耐冷能力较强,至少可达30 d以上,雄蛹则只能冷藏15 d左右。

Abstract:Effects of different cold storage times(15,20,25,30days) of Ectropis oliqua pupae with various developmental stages on pupa emergence, adult egg-laid and larvae development were studied under simulating over-wintering environment of E. oliqua pupae. The results showed that at the same developmental stage, the pupa emergence rate decreased and adult development malformation rate increased with the prolonging of cold storage time. When one-day development pupae were placed at 4℃ for 15 to 30 days, the pupa emergence rate was 42.5%-52.5% and the percentage of adult development malformation was 8.3%-29.3%. When twoday development pupae were placed at 4 ℃ for 15 to 30 days, the percentage of pupa emergence was 62.5%-75% and the adult development malformation rate was 53. 3%- 75. 3%. When three-day or four-day development pupae were placed at 4℃ for 15 to 30 days, the percentage of pupa emergence decreased significantly and adult development malformation reached to 100%. After female adults emergence from pupae placed at 4℃ for 30 days mated with male adults emergence from pupae reared in 26℃ or both female and male adults emergence from pupae placed at 4℃ for 15 days mated with each other, these adults could egglaid, egg could hatch and larvae could develop. After male adults emergence from pupae placed at 4 ℃ for 30 days mated with female adults emergence from pupae reared in 26℃or both female and male adults emergence from pupae placed at 4℃ for 20-30 days mated with each other, these adults could egg-laid, but eggs could not hatch. This indicated that female pupae has stronger cold-tolerance and keeps at 4℃ for over 30 days, while male pupae just kept for about 15 days.
