低频振动注塑改善PP/纳米CaCO3分散性的研究

摘    要:利用自行研制的振动注塑装置研究了低频振动对PP/纳米CaCO3体系中纳米CaCO3在基体中的分散性。结果表明,在低频高压下,无机粒子在基体中的分散性有了明显的改善,使体系拉伸强度和冲击强度同时得到了提高。

Abstract:The influence of low frequency vibration injection on the dispersion of nano-meter CaCO3 in PP/ nano-meter CaCO3 compound was studied by means of self-made vibration injection device. The results showed that the dispersion of nano-meter CaCO3 in the matrix material was improved obviously, and both of the tensile strength and impact strength of the compound were increased under low frequency and high pressure.
