| 摘 要： | 鉴于上海在2020年将基本建成具有全球航运资源配置能力的国际航运中心的目标，通过比较沪港航运服务业，介绍了香港航运服务业的资源优势；提出发展上海航运服务业的对策与建议；指出上海应通过与香港在贸易、金融等一些优势领域的互动和合作，来加速建设上海国际航运中心。

| Abstract: | In view of realization of the target that international shipment center will be completed with allocation capacity of global shipment resource by 2020 in Shanghai,the paper introduces Hongkong'sresource superiority in shipmnet service with a comparison between Shanghai and Hongkong and puts forward some measures and suggestions that Shanghai should coordinate with Hongkong in some superiority fields such as trade and finance etc to speed up the construction of Shanghai international shipment center. |
