| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了信息不对称理论及节能建筑市场信息不对称现象产生的原因,然后分析了房地产开发商与消费者之间的信息不对称和逆向选择问题,得出建筑能效标识是政府解决节能建筑市场失灵的重要手段,最后阐述了我国建立建筑能效标识制度的作用和制度设计以及实施方式。
