风景园林人才培养研究

文章从对近几十年来国内外对风景园林专业人才需求急速提高的根源——“风景园林服务领域的快速拓展”的研究入手，分析了新时期中国对风景园林学科教育在人才培养量和质上的新要求，提出了单一专业多个方向和层次，即“方向层次多元化”的培养途径和以培养专业基础知识、专业综合知识、专业技术能力、社会管理能力和专业创新能力，即“知识和能力”为培养主轴的教育改革探索方案来满足行业对专业人才在量和质两方面的要求。

Training Talents of Landscape Architecture

In this paper, starting through the Landscape Architecture of the demand for professionals in the rapid improvement of the root causes of ＂Landscape of the rapid expansion of services＂ both at home and abroad in recent decades, the author analyzes the new requirements of quantity and quality of talents training of landscape architecture education of China in the new era, and puts forward a reform program that is more than a single direction and level of professionalism： the direction of the level of diversity to teach professional knowledge, professional integrated knowledge, to cultivate professional and technical capacity, social management and professionalism of innovation capacity to meet the needs of industry professionals both in quantity and quality requirements.
