2.5%吡虫啉微乳剂的研究

摘    要:对2.5%吡虫啉微乳刑中的乳化剂进行了筛选,考察了水质、乳化剂、溶剂等对微乳剂稳定性的影响,得到最佳配方:吡虫啉原药2.5%,二甲基亚砜10%;助溶剂A5%,乳化剂ME-01C18%,辅助剂4%,水60.5%。实验结果表明,该微乳剂分解率低,水质影响小,使用安全,社会效益显著。

Abstract:The emulsifier for 2.5% micro-emulsion of imidacloprid is sieved. The effects of water quality, emulsifier and solvent on stability of micro-emulsion are investigated. The optimal conditions are as follows : imidacloprid 2.5%; dimethyl sulfoxide 10%; cosolvent A 5%; emulsifier ME-01C 18%; auxiliary agent 4% and water 60.5%. The experimental results show that, this micro-emulsion has advantages of low resolution, stable quality, safety for use and outstanding social benefits.
