芳烃异构化反应系统采用热高分工艺节能探讨

摘    要:阐述了芳烃异构化反应系统采用热高分工艺的必要性和可行性,并就此提出采用的热高分工艺方案,以及方案实施后带来的问题及解决方案。芳烃异构化反应系统采用热高分工艺,通过流程模拟软件计算,可停运反应产物空冷器4台,节电88 kW.h/h,提高反应进料与循环氢进加热炉温度至351.6℃,节约燃料气约200 kg/h,2项合计节能折合标准燃料油211kg/h,芳烃联合装置三苯产量平均按42 t/h计算,可降低装置综合能耗7.36 kg。项目投资合计约130万元,而其年经济效益608万元。

Abstract:The necessity and feasibility of thermal high separation process adopted in the isomerization reaction system was analyzed.The scheme that thermal high separation process was used and the problems and solutions after the implementation of the plan were put forward.Thermal high separation technology was applied to aromatic isomerization reaction systyem.Through the process software simulation,4 product air coolers can stop working,88 kW power can be saved.The furnace feed temperature can be increased to 351.6 ℃ and the fuel gas can be saved by about 200 kg/h,equivalent 211 kg/h standard fuel oil can be saved totally.Calculated by 42 t/h product(benzene,toluene and xylene) of aromatic complex unit,the plant comprehensire energy consumption can be reduced by 7.36 kg.The project total investment is about 1.3 million RMB and annual economic benefit is 6.08 million RMB.
