| 摘 要： | 职业意识的培养是高职院校人才培养工作中的重要环节,学生职业意识的培养是有阶段性的,以高职旅游及酒店管理专业为例,对学生职业意识的形成期、成长期和成熟期进行探讨,并对每个时期的做法提出相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of professional awareness plays an important role in the personnel training of vocational colleges,which should be implemented stage by stage.Taking the major of Tourism and Hotel Management in vocational colleges for example,this essay probes into the formative,growing and mature stages of students＇ professional awareness as well as giving relevant suggestions in each stage. |
