摘    要:介绍了M8300型多梭口织机的织造原理,通过对织造过程的分析发现,纬纱的负荷比喷气织机低,可以扩大纬纱的适织范围;而经纱受开口片的刮动、多梭口的拉伸等机械作用,必须提高经纱的质量以减少断头;对筒子纱退绕速度提出了更高的要求。

Abstract:The weaving principle of M8300 multi-phase loom is introduced. Based on the weaving processing analysis, it is found that the weft load on multi-phase loom is lower than that of air-jet loom, so a series of weft is selected. At the meantime the warp quality is required to decrease warp end breakage because of some special actions such as scraping by the shed-retaining element and stretching by the multi-shed, the third is unwinding speed of cheese is required.
