| Abstract: | In light of the present condition of project management in construction enterprise,the author discusses the way to strengthen project management in building enterprise from strengthening selection and appointment of project manager,combining contract signing with project evaluation,optimizing allocation of human resources,carrying out management of labor,and intensifying cost management,in order to increase economic and social benefits of enterprise. |
