原油减压深拔技术研究

摘    要:结合当今国内外原油减压深拔技术的状况及研究动态,对原油减压深拔技术的影响因素、可行性进行了分析。从原油性质、蒸馏工艺、减压塔设备等方面,对原油减压深拔技术进行了研究,提出了提高减压拔出率的途经,从而有利于提高减压蒸馏装置的经济效益。

Abstract:Combining with the current situation and research trends of deep vacuum distillation of crude oil home and abroad,the influence factors and feasibilities of vacuum deep-cut technologies were analyzed with details.The vacuum deep-cut technologies were systemically and fully studied from oil property、distillation process、and vacuum tower and so on.The approaches of increasing deep-cut rate were presented so as to improve economic benefit of vacuum distillation unit.
