基于离散空间矢量调制的永磁同步电机DTC方案

摘    要:传统直接转矩控制方法具有转矩脉动大,开关频率不恒定等缺点.在叙述永磁同步电机传统直接转矩控制原理的基础上,详细分析了零电压矢量和非零电压矢量对转矩变化的影响,提出了一种基于离散空间矢量调制的新型直接转矩控制方法.该方法根据实时转矩误差和电机转子速度来选择电压矢量,仿真和实验结果表明基于离散空间矢量调制的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制能够减小传统直接转矩控制中的转矩脉动,改善了控制系统性能.

Abstract:Traditional direct torque control(DTC) method has disadvantages of high torque ripples and inconstant switching frequency.Effects of zero and nonzero voltage vectors on torque increment were analyzed in detail based on the DTC principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor and a new DTC method using discrete space vector modulation was proposed.Voltage vectors are selected according to torque errors and motor speed in this method.Simulation and experiment results show that the DTC method of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on discrete space vector modulation can reduce torque ripples and improve control system performance.
