| 摘 要： | 由于机械类加工中心所需的工夹具品种多规格杂,人工管理模式存在很多缺陷和弊端,易导致生产脱节等现象.因此,提出了以计算机代替人工的思想.阐述了基于SQL2000数据库并利用VB工具开发的工夹具管理系统的原理及方法.该系统可以很便捷地对工夹具进行管理;如工具查询、工具预测、工具编码、报表打印等一系列的功能.同时还简要介绍了工具管理系统的设计原则和主要功能,阐述了其应用效果,提出了发展方向.它能够很好地响应各部门的需求,从而缩短了产品的生产周期,显著提高了企业的竞争能力和效率.

| Abstract: | Due to the enginery need to a lot of tool,and the tool has many standards,the mode of man-made manage has many shortcomings and abuse.It leads to production get adrift.So the idea of computer instead of the man-made is bringing forward.The design principle and method of developing the tool management system based on SQL2000 and VB(Visual Basic)are explained.By using this system,the many management functions can be conveniently executed,including inquiring tools,predicting tools,coding tools,printing reports... |
