基于DSP的开关磁阻电机无位置传感器控制系统设计

摘    要:对采用PWM方式控制的开关磁阻电机的H型电路进行了研究,给出了导通和续流两种情况下基本的电磁关系,并根据电磁关系推导出位置信号与互感电压的关系,提出了一种新颖的测量互感法位置估计策略,只需要测量邻近相的互感电压即可,互感电压信号作为位置估计信号,通过合理的选择互感电压信号,就可以完成电机正常运行。同时给出了具体的位置估计硬件电路,软件算法采用查询表的方式实现,并给出了起动算法的原理。最后给出了基于DSP的整个控制系统实现。

Abstract:H-type circuit toplogy is researched when SRM operated in PWM region. The basic electromagnetic equation is obtained in both a conduction mode and free-wheeling mode, according to the electromagnetic equation, the relation of position signal and mutual inductance voltage is obtained, then a novel method of position estimate with the measure of mutual inductance voltage is presented .by suitably select the voltage ,SRM can operate in PWM region well. the hardware of position estimate is also present,the alorthim is realed by table ,the start algorithm is also presented ,in the end ,the construct of control system of SRM is introduced in detail.
