注射工艺参数对PP微孔发泡材料力学性能影响的研究

摘    要:本文介绍采用“二次开模”注射成型的方法获得聚丙烯微孔发泡塑料,具体研究了注射工艺参数对PP微孔发泡材料的性能的影响规律,从而找出聚丙烯微孔发泡材料的最佳成型工艺,及获得的有较好的综合力学性能,且具有较为均匀的泡孔分布,泡孔直径都在30~40μm,密度大约下降了15%。

Abstract:In this paper ,the microcellular foam plastic of PP that made by second-opened moulding is introduced ,and the process parameters of injection that influcence the microcellular foam mechanical behavior of PP were studied in detail, So the best injecting precess parameters of microcellular foam plastic of PP is found. The microcellular foam plastic of PP that made by this process have better mechanical properties and the cell is well-distributed, the diameter of cell was 201axn to 30taan, the density is reduced about 15%.
