| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-水为流动相,使用以ZORBAX SB-C18、5 μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在220 nm波长下对吡唑草胺原药进行分离和定量分析.结果表明该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,标准偏差为0.21,变异系数为0.22%,平均回收率为100.2%. |

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of metazachlor TC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,ZORBAX SB-C 18 column and DAD at 220 nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the standard deviation was 0.21,the variation coefficient was 0.22%,and the average recovery was 100.2%. |
