高温行车空调器研制与运行性能分析

摘    要:探讨了高温行车空调器的设计方法,结合冶金企业的特殊要求,进行了高温行车空调器的热力计算和两器的设计计算,通过理论与实践相结合讨论了如何选择合理的设计参数等问题.最后利用专门开发的焓差法实验装置对所研制的样机进行了热工性能测试,分析了工况变化对行车空调器性能的影响,提出了优化设计的一些建议.

Abstract:The design method of traveling crane air-conditioner was discussed. The heating calculation of crane air-conditioner and the design calculation of its evaporator and condenser were done according to the special demand of metallurgic plant, while how to choose the correct design parameters was also discussed theoretically and practically. The thermal performance test of the specimen machine was done with the special designed test system based on enthalpy potential method. The influence of work con- dition change on the performance of traveling crane air-conditioner was analyzed and the suggestion for optimum design was proposed.
