电子应急系统中保密通信的设计与实现

摘    要:分析了电子应急系统中接警处警、数据整合、信息管理与联动查询、指挥调动、安全保障等功能设计要求.进一步分析了应急系统中的信息在各部门间的流向关系.给出了电子应急系统中长消息和短消息的保密通信模型.探讨了在电子应急系统中,各种加密算法对保密通信的优缺点.给出了基于EIGamal公钥加密算法和基于IDEA私钥加密算法,对长消息和短消息进行保密通信的加密算法实现.确保了数据安全通信的完成.

Abstract:The design requirement of the functions of accepting and disposing alarm, data conformity, management of information, mutual query of information, command and movement and safeguard in the electronic meet an emergency are analyzed. The information proceeded mutual relation of each department in the meet an emergency system is analyzed. The model of secrecy traffic to long and short information in the electronic meet an emergency is given. The advantage or disadvantage of the each encryption algorithm to secrecy traffic in the electronic meet an emergency system is discussed. The encryption algorithm of secrecy traffic to long and short information is given based on EIGamal public keys and IDEA private keys. The completion of the secure traffic of data is ensured,
