摘    要:通过对黄埔发电厂3号机组(125 MW)汽轮机振动故障的特征分析,诊断出汽轮机低压转子和发电机转子中心不正是振动故障的原因,并采取相应措施消除故障.通过分析中心不正导致振动的机理,探讨了不对中故障的诊断判据.它对同型125 MW机组的故障诊断具有参考意义.

Abstract:By analyzing the characteristics of steam turbine vibration fault of Unit 3 in Huangpu Power Plant,the misalignment between the turbine low-pressure rotor and generator rotor was found to be the cause of the vibration,and corresponding measures were taken to eliminate the fault.The mechanism of vibration caused by misalignment is analyzed and decision basis for misalignment fault diagnosis is discussed as well.
