江苏省村庄建设规划现状问题及规划思考

村庄是广大农民生产生活的载体,规划建设和管理好村庄是建设社会主义新农村的基础。针对江苏省村庄存在布局分散、土地利用粗犷、基础设施和公共服务缺乏的现象和苏南、苏中、苏北的区域差异,在新农村规划建设中,以科学合理的村庄规划为龙头,积极推进农民相对集中居住、完善村庄公共基础设施、加强村庄环境整治,推进农村经济、社会、生态环境等方面的和谐发展。

Present Problems of Village Construction Planning and Planning Thought in Jiangsu Province

Village is the basis of farmers engaged in production and their daily life.Building a new socialist countryside is based on good construction and management of the village.Villages which are in our province have the following problems： scattered layout,land utilization is not high,lack of infrastructure and public services,the different among southern area,central area and northern area.The most important in planning new countryside is scientific and rational planning of the village.The second is to promote the centralized living to improve public infrastructure,to enhance the environment improvement.Hoping to promote the harmonious development among rural economic,social,ecological,environmental and other aspects.
