| 摘 要： | 根据对武汉市某政府办公楼的能源审计,模拟了该建筑全年实际用能情况,分析了模拟精度,提出了比较合理的输入参数设置.并进行了公共建筑节能设计标准工况以及节能改造工况的模拟.讨论了在不同输入参数下的室内空气品质、舒适度及能耗,分析了该建筑的节能潜力.结合武汉市政策,尝试给出了该办公楼的用能限值,该值可为制定大型政府办公楼的能耗定额提供参考.

| Abstract: | According to the energy audit of a municipal office building in Wuhan,the annual actual energy consumption is simulated and the simulation accuracy is analyzed,proposing the reasonable input parameters settings. The working conditions of the public building energy-saving design standards and energy-saving modification are simulated.
