摘    要:大尺寸内孔键槽对程度测量仪由主、副测头两部分组成,通过主测头上安装数显仪直接显示数据,方便快捷,测量精度高,消除了常规测量的累积误差,大大提高了准确性。而且该测量仪径向尺寸可调,增大了测量范围。利用了Pro/E环境下自顶向下的虚拟装配技术,不仅建立了测量仪三维实体模型,而且实现了测量仪虚拟装配及运动仿真,在产品设计阶段就消除了各种不足和缺陷,实现了快速设计与优化,简化了设计开发过程,缩短了研制周期,降低开发费用,获得最优化和创新的设计产品。

Abstract:There are two components of a large size bore keyway symmetry measuring instrument,one is main probe,the other is vice-probe.The data showed on the digital display Instrument,which installed on the main probe.This method is convenient,high accuracy,and the accumulated error of conventional measurement is eliminated,thus,the accuracy is increased greatly,the radial size of this instrument is adjustable,thus,the measuring range is increased.By use of top-down virtual assembly technology in Pro/E environment,a three-dimensional solid model is established,and virtual assembly and motion simulation of a measuring instrument is achieved.Thus,all kinds of shortcomings and deficiencies in the product design stage is eliminated,the rapid design and optimization is achieved,the design and development process is simplified,the development cycle and development costs is reduced,the optimized and innovative designs is obtained.
