应用MBR处理焦化废水的中试试验研究

摘    要:本试验采用膜生物反应器(MBR)技术对焦化废水进行处理,把试验装置(膜分离部分)做成模块化操作单元,直接与丹东某焦化厂的A/O生物脱氮处理过程相连接后进行中试试验,并与该厂的A/O法进行处理效果对比。结果表明,MBR对于COD以及NH3-N的处理效果均好于该厂的A/O法。

Abstract:The technology processes used membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology for coking wastewater treatment. The test device ( membrane separating part) which was made of modular operating unit connected directly with A /O biological nitrogen removal process and treatment of a coking plant in Dandong, comparing the treatment effect with its plant's A / O method. The results show that treatment effects for both COD and NH3 - N by using MBR arebetter than its plant's A / O method.
