硝酸磷钾肥水溶液热安全性研究

摘    要:为了防止化肥生产过程发生爆炸事故,利用自制实验装置对硝酸磷钾肥水溶液的热安全性进行了实验研究.结果表明,硝酸铵的浓度对硝酸磷钾复合肥水溶液临界爆炸温度的影响很大,硝酸铵浓度越高,其l临界爆炸温度就越低,也越易爆炸;单纯的氯离子有抑制硝酸磷钾水溶液爆炸的作用;硝酸及氯离子两者同时存在时,可使硝酸磷钾水溶液的分解反应加速进行,降低其I临界爆炸温度.研究结果对相关化肥企业的安全生产有指导意义.

Abstract:To prevent the explosive accident in the process of fertilizer production,thermal safety of phosphorus-potassium nitrate fertilizer in aqueous solution was studied by using the self-designed devices.The results show that the concentration of ammonium nitrate has a great effect on critical explosion temperature of the phosphorus-potassium nitrate aqueous solution.The higher the concentration of ammonium nitrate is,the lower the critical explosion temperature becomes,the more easily the ammonium nitrate explo...
