摘    要:摘 要:通过全桥气弹模型试验对均匀和紊流场、3种风攻角宿迁黄河公园景观桥风振响应性能进行了研究;对风速高度变化修正系数的理论计算值与规范值作了对比,分析其偏差原因。研究结果表明:地表越粗糙、高度越低,修正系数差值越大;40m高度以上两种结果非常吻合;黄河公园景观桥在三种攻角条件下,都未发现明显的涡激振动,且满足气动稳定要求;即使高风速条件下,抖振位移标准差也有可能高于平均值;均匀和紊流场中位移峰值因子及其比值分别主要分布在区间2.5,4]和0.8, 1.2]内;峰值因子与风场、风速、攻角之间基本不存在明确对应关系;本文研究结果对风振理论分析中峰值因子的合理取值提供很好参考。

Abstract:The wind response performance of Huanghe Park landscape footbridge in Suqian city was investigated via a full bridge aeroelastic model test in smooth and turbulent flows with 3 types attack angles. The theoretical values of the wind velocity modification factor due to height varying were compared with those offered in specification, and the discrep- ancy reasons were analyzed. The results revealed that the much rougher the ground surface and the lower the height, the larger the differences between two kinds of the modification factor. The two kinds of the factor values agreed well if the height was larger than 40m. For Huanghe Park landscape footbridge, with 3 kinds of attack angles, no obvious vortex vi- bration could be observed, and the aerodynamic stability satisfied the requirements. The buffeting displacement standard deviation might be higher than the mean value, even for higher wind velocity. The displacement peak factors and their ra- tios in smooth and turbulent flows distributed in the intervals of 2.5,4] and 0.8, 1.2]. No explicit relations existed between peak factors and wind flows, wind velocities and wind attack angles. The investigations could offer valuable refer- ence for rational determination of peak value in wind vibration theoretical analysis.
