摘    要:在0.2mol/L硫酸介质中,痕量钌对溴酸钾氧化结晶紫的褪色反应有良好的催化作用,作者由此建立了测定痕量钌的催化动力学光度法.该方法的线性范围在0~10μg/mL之间,工作曲线的线性方程为△A=1.465CRu–2.17×10-3(相关系数r=0.9991),检出限达到2.93×10-10g/mL.将该方法应用于矿石样品中痕量钌的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The method for the determination of trace ruthenium by kinetic spectrophotometry was developed. The method based on the catalytic effect of trace ruthenium on discoloring reaction of crystal violet oxidized by potassium bromate in 0.2 mol/L sulphuric acid solution. The linear range of the method was 0~10 μg/mL for ruthenium. The linear equation was AA = 1.465 CRu 2.17×10^-3(r=0.9991)and the detection limit was 2.93× 10^-10g/mL. The method had been applied for the determination of trace ruthenium in ores with satisfactory results.
