| 摘 要： | 从建筑的主要能耗系统：冷热源系统、空调新风系统、照明系统三个方面,结合某项目的具体案例,就如何利用BA技术实现建筑物内的冷热源、通风空调、照明等设备的有效控制,以达到系统节能进行了具体分析,从而充分发挥BA系统在节能方面的作用。
