闽江特大桥槽形梁架设施工与设计

摘    要:闽江特大桥为新建铁路福厦线(福建段)站前工程Ⅰ标中的一座铁路特大桥,全桥长2692.23m,主桥为连续钢桁梁柔性拱结构,通过支承在横梁上的小跨度连续槽形梁实现道碴桥面。采用将槽形梁在钢梁上现浇施工,再通过吊架将槽形梁安装到位的施工方法,为同类型桥梁施工提供参考。

Abstract:Minjiang super-long bridge, 2692.23m long, is a super-long railway bridge in the Bid I of station-front engineering of the newly-built Fujian-Xiamen railway (Fujian segment). The main bridge adopts continuous steel truss flexible arch structure. Small-span continuous beam channel supported on the transverse beam is used to realize the ballast bridge floor. Beam channel is cast in place on the steel beam before it is lifted and installed at the correct position. This construction method provides references for the construction of bridge of the same type.
