超声波辅助消解凯氏定氮的研究

摘    要:在传统的凯氏消解方法基础上,不用加无机盐,改电炉加热为超声波作用,消解含氮有机物;发现超声频率、功率和超声时间是主要影响因素,50kHz、400W和30min的超声条件最佳;加入少量双氧水和二氧化氯氧化助剂也可提高消解速率;与国家标准凯氏定氮法比较分析实际样品,经t检验结果无显著性差异,建立了一种绿色凯氏氮测定方法。

Abstract:Agreendetermination method of kjeldahl nitrogen was established on the basis of the traditional kjeldahl method,without inorganic salts,the organic compounds containing nitrogen were digested by Ultrasonic;the main factors that influencing the digestion of the organic compounds containing ni- trogen were ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic power and lasted time;.50kHz,400W and 30min were the best testing conditions;H_2O_2 or ClO_2 could also im- prove the rate of digestion,the kjeldahl nitrogen of milk and surf...
